Returns & Exchange

Customers can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the order if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • The customer must provide order details

  • Clear pictures or video proof may be required for damaged or wrong items

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale/discounted items, unless they are damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed through the agreed payment method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Exchange

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will offer an exchange depending on product availability.
